This is a 19 day tour starting 13 June 2011 in Cut Bank Montana and ending in Kalispell, MT. 1 July 2011. The events and activities for each day are as follows:

Cost:
$7900 For Pilot
$2750 Each additional person staying in same lodging quarters

Payment Schedule:
All funds paid in US Currency via check or PayPal. A $500.00 deposit for pilot and $500 per passenger is required to hold your reservation. A $2,500.00 per person or the balance payment is required six (6) months prior to your trip.  A $2,500.00 per person or the balance payment is required three (3) months prior to your trip. The final payment is due (1) month prior to your trip.

Cancellations:
 If you cancel before ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of the tour, a full refund (minus a $1000.00 reservation fee) will be made. If you cancel within the last ninety (90) days before the tour, we, Blue Goose Aviation, Inc., can only provide a refund if we are able to rebook your reservation.

 

      The Alaska tour is different than the stateside tours we operate in the following respects:   

  1. Some days we will fly two hops.
  2. We have more stops that are two days long.
  3. America Air Tours will cover only five (5) dinners on the tour.  All other meals are at your expense. We will give great recomendations.
  4. We do not have activities scheduled everyday so you have more time to explore on your own.
  5. Tie down charges, custom fees, clearance fees, are your expense.
  6. America Air Tours needs a minimum of five (3) aircraft to participate.  (If you sign up and the tour does not go, you will be immediately refunded for the entire amount. 
  7. America Air Tours will provide transportation to and from all hotels and to scheduled events.  We will attempt to get you where you need to go on non flying days; however, if there is something you would like to do and we are not going there you may need to find your own transportation at that time.
