This is our most challenging tour so we recommend 180 HP aircraft or better for this tour. Talk to us about what you are flying and how we can make it work.

All Scheduled Activities, Weather Data Services, An Instructor Pilot is on every tour to help with questions and training

This is a Five day and night tour starting in Colorado Springs, Co. and ending in Leadville, Co.  (we will help you fly out of the mountains the next morning)

The events and activities for each day are as follows:

Ground school will be on Sunday 16 Sep 2012 starting at 1:00 PM for those who have not flown a mountain flying tour with us before. 

The tour will start on Monday 17 Sep.

Day 1    Arrive in Colorado Springs, Meadowlake Airport (KFLY) by 9:00 AM. We will do a short briefing on weather, routing, and hazards.   
             Then we will fly from Colorado Springs, CO to Rifle, CO; KFLY - KRIL

Day 2      Rifle, CO to Teluride;  KFLY -

Day 3   Teluride, CO to Durango, CO; KRIL - KDRO -

Day4    Durango Non Flying Day

Day 5   Durango, CO to Leadville, CO; KDRO - KLXV

 

Cost:
$2250 For Pilot
$ 750 Each additional person staying in same lodging quarters

Payment Schedule:
All funds paid in US Currency via check or PayPal. A $400.00 deposit for pilot and $200 per passenger is required to hold your reservation. A $1,500.00 per person or the balance payment is required three (3) months prior to your trip. The final payment is due (1) month prior to your trip.

Cancellations:
 If you cancel before ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of the tour, a full refund (minus a $300.00 reservation fee) will be made. If you cancel within the last ninety (90) days before the tour, we, Blue Goose Aviation, Inc., can only provide a refund if we are able to rebook your reservation.
